Saint Seiya Movie 5: The Heaven Chapter - Overture. Now a youth named Seiya has trained to become a Saint himself by earning the mystical Cloth of Pegasus. The series author, Masami Kurumada, suggested the name of 'Jashin Eris' for its DVD release. After the Goddess of Discord has been returned to the realm of the dead, the Saints escape the crumbling sanctuary, and, along with the released Ellie and Saori, walk towards a more peaceful world. The story happens after the Hades arc, and it shows very well the consequences of these events: the gold saints were punished and turned into a statue, Seiya now is in a wheelchair, in a semi-vegetative condition. The evil saints weren't that interesting overall and as Saint Seiya is usually great because of its interesting antagonists, this movie was a bit disappointing and dragged the character and story mark down.
Without further ado: Warriors of the Final Holy Battle. The most appealing thing about this movie is the use of Hyoga. It will attract fans of prior/tie-in works - including the manga series, TV shows, and video games - but it could frighten younger viewers.
